Much of this winter I shall be out in Kerala at The Hermitage. I’ll be missing you, so do please come and visit! [www.neeleshwarhermitage.com]

However I am very keen to continue hosting our Retreats at Gissing Hall, near Diss in Norfolk , where we shall go on enjoying our tradition of deep meditations, delicious food, and good company bathing in the glow of supreme knowledge, knowledge of the Self!

a) So, please see below the dates for future Retreats at Gissing in 2010:

Sunday April 18^th – Friday 23rd (course fee £120)

Sunday June 06^th - Thursday 10^th (course fee £100)

Sunday July 25^th – Thursday 29^th (course fee £100)

Sunday October 03^rd - Thursday 07^th (course fee £100)

The booking procedure continues as before, i.e.:

1) Book directly with the hotel, (tel: 01379 677291) stating any room preference, food allergies etc. and then

2) Send the appropriate course fee to me at the address below in a cheque payable to ‘Trishula Travel Ltd.’ [Sidhas not bringing their own foam, please add £10 ‘airport tax’ towards supply and storage of foam].

Payment for the April course should be sent to me only after April 01 2010, please. As long as you have booked with the hotel, your place on the Retreat is secured!

N.B. Early booking is highly recommended, as the hotel has agreed to not accept any ‘outside’ bookings until three weeks before the start of a Retreat. So if you book early, we have a greater chance of filling the whole hotel.

b) There will also be a one week course at Oxon Hoath, in Kent .

This will run from Friday August 13^th – Friday August 20^th.

All booking should be made through The College of Meditation , ( tel: 01843 841010) and payment, which includes the course fee, made directly to them by arrangement when you book.
